Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Bloky, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to the Bloky website and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Armands Klavins in Latvia.

Eligibility and use of the Service

You may use Bloky only in compliance with applicable laws and only for lawful, personal use. You are responsible for your device, your app store account, and any activity that occurs through them.

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited by law, or use the Service in a way that could harm Bloky or other users.

Subscriptions and free trial

Bloky may offer premium features through auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. Pricing, billing terms, and subscription options shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase control your purchase.

We may offer a 3-day free trial for eligible users. If you start a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and you will be charged by the relevant app store in accordance with its billing terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise required by the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Payments, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under their platform rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Bloky uses RevenueCat to validate and manage subscription access, but Bloky does not directly process your payment card details.

No guarantees of uninterrupted service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, branding, design, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Bloky and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended personal purpose.

Third-party services

Bloky relies on third-party services including PostHog for analytics, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Apple or Google for app distribution and payment processing. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, and platform rules.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Bloky disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloky will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloky's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if you have not made any payment.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these terms or if continuing to provide the Service is no longer practical. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, except where consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
